How are cue sheets being handled?

Cues@alibimusiclibrary is set up in HubSpot as a channel under Conversations --> Inbox. Tickets are also being created under the Publishing Pipeline assigned to Jonathan Haskell

When an email comes into Cues@alibimusiclibrary a ticket will be created under the Publishing Pipeline and assigned to Jonathan Haskell. 

This will also provide an email notification to Jonathan Parks,  Accounting@ address and Jonathan Haskell identifying that a new cue sheet has been sent in. Cues Notification Workflow

You can view the email in the Cues@ Inbox if it has been connected to your Outlook account or you can go to the Conversation section of HubSpot to view the email.
