Due to international sanctions imposed on Russia and Belarus, please be advised of the following directions relating to transactions by clients in those countries:
- For any written inquiries for licenses, please advise the client as follows: “Thank you for your inquiry for licensing from Alibi. At this time, we cannot process music licenses for work originating in Russia and Belarus due to international sanctions. “
- For inquiries from individuals or businesses who seek to obtain a license online through the Alibi website, but their license will not process you may respond:
“Thank you for your inquiry. Our online credit card processor can only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, China UnionPay and JCB. Please use one of these cards to process a license.”
- If an online transaction for a client in Russia or Belarus is completed, no further action need be taken.
