Where is the ALIBOT conversation recorded?

ALIBOT on ALIBIMUSIC.com is part of the Conversations section of HubSpot

All of the conversations through the ALIBOT are record in the conversation area of HubSpot.  As these requests come in all details will be recorded in this area. 

Once a contact has been responded to or next steps have been determined to avoid having a large quantity of opened conversations - best practice is to mark as closed. 

In addition to being recored in the conversation tool, all details will be tracked on the contact page as part of their activity.
