How do deals move to Xero for invoicing?

Deals from HubSpot to Zapier to Xero

Once a deal is outline as identified in How to create deals and the deal stage is moved to Music Licensed the deal will trigger the Zapier connection to begin the creation of the invoice in Xero.

This is only available for the US since the UK is not processed through the Xero system.

Below is an outline of how the Zapier works:

There are 14 zaps currently available based on the Items codes.
If the item codes change, the zaps need to be modified.

Blanket License - US	Ecommerce	Subscriptions	Video Game
Commercials - non TV	Film	Trailer FX	Video Game Trailer
Commercials - TV	Promos	Trailer Music
Custom Trailer Music	Radio, Audiobooks, Podcast, Other	TV and Streaming Shows

Item codes will build out the correct invoice line items in Xero.

When a zap fails a notification will be sent out an error email and troubleshooting will be necessary to re-trigger the deal. The zaps are based off of a field match from HubSpot to Xero in order for the zap to work.

*** If data is missing the zap will fail and if the deal stage is moved to Music License before the deal if fully completed it will fail.

Zapier is fairly basic and new releases are made often so checking back to build this as a more customized solution over time would be beneficial.
