- Capitalize First and Last Name
- Make sure any middle initial or middle name is included in the Last Name
- Job title
- Email address - If a contact has multiple address, identify which address is primary and separate the additional email addresses with a comma to avoid creating a duplicate. Email is the deduplication trigger.
- Contact Owner should be assigned. There is automation with the new site to funnel prospects to their respective sales person
- Associated Company should be assigned. If you have connected with person from LinkedIn, please included their company. Marketing will be done on a company/contact basis and if you are using a contact's gmail, there is no way to assign a company.

- Industry Sector
- Contact Source - Identifies where a contact was surfaced from.
- Email Status - mark as Not Validated or leave blank and an automation process that runs daily through Neverbounce will verify the email address and populate this field with what is determined. If you populate this field, the automation process will skip over the contact for email validation.
- State/Province
