What fields need to be populated for a Company?

Outline of key fields for companies in HubSpot

Web domain will be drive automated field population if the company is part of the HubSpot Insights database.  Because of the industry we are in, not all of the organizations we work with may be part of this database, so please update the fields that are not automatically populated.
  • Web Domain - could be multiple which should be separated with a comma.  Different email domains will create separate companies so be careful not to duplicate companies.  Many organizations have multiple domains that resolve to the same site.  For example: www.northwesternmutual.com or nm.com
  • Company name - capitalize (there are exceptions based on the legal company name)

    • Companies with multiple office should be distinguished by the city.
      • BBDO – New York,
      • BBDO – Minneapolis
      • 72 and Sunny - New York
  • Industry - will populate from the HubSpot Insights database if it is part of that universe.  If not, this will need to be populated.
  • Industry Sector -  ALIBI's list condensed list of categories to better fit marketing initiatives 
  • Location Country 
  • City
  • State/Region
  • High Priority - when applicable

When applicable the fields below should be populated: Vendor Agreement fields should be populated by Sales team once the agreement is finalized.
