ALIBI Music Renewal Subscription Offer – Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Description
This limited-time win-back promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by ALIBI Music LP (“Company”) and is available only to eligible former subscribers. Eligible customers may receive one of several promotional discounts determined at Company’s discretion, including but not limited to:
- Offer A: 20% off any subscription plan (monthly or annual) for the first billing period
- Offer B: 50% off annual subscription plans only for the first annual billing period
Each eligible customer will receive only the specific offer communicated directly to them.
2. Eligibility & Rolling Offer Period
Eligibility is determined solely by Company based on internal criteria, which may include previous subscription status, cancellation date, account activity, or marketing segmentation.
For each eligible customer, the Offer becomes valid on the date the customer first receives or is notified of their specific promotional offer (the “Eligibility Date”).
Each customer’s Offer expires 30 days after their Eligibility Date (the “Eligibility Window”).
The Offer cannot be redeemed before or after the Eligibility Window.
3. How to Redeem
To redeem the Offer, the eligible customer must:
- Reactivate their subscription using the designated link or checkout flow provided in their offer communication, and
- Complete their purchase within the 30-day Eligibility Window.
The method of redemption may vary by customer and may involve a pre-applied discount, unique link, or other system-generated mechanism. The Offer applies only to the plan types specifically stated in the customer’s communication.
4. Promotional Pricing & Renewal Terms
The promotional discount applies only to the customer’s first billing period after reactivation.
After the discounted billing period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard subscription rate for the selected plan unless canceled in accordance with Company’s cancellation policy.
If the customer upgrades, downgrades, or changes plans after redeeming the Offer, the updated plan will renew at standard pricing unless Company provides a separate written offer stating otherwise.
5. Subscription Terms
By redeeming the Offer, the customer agrees to Company’s standard Subscription Terms, Billing Terms, and Cancellation Policy, available at https://alibimusic.com/refund-policy.
Customers may cancel at any time prior to renewal to avoid future charges.
6. Restrictions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the customer’s specific offer communication:
- Offer A applies to any subscription plan for the first billing period only
- Offer B applies only to annual plans for the first annual billing cycle
- Offers may not be combined
- One redemption per customer
- No cash value; non-transferable
- Not valid on prior purchases or invoices
- Not valid on custom pricing, enterprise contracts, or negotiated terms
7. Exclusions
The Offer does not apply to:
- Custom licenses or enterprise agreements
- Add-on services, usage-based fees, or one-time purchases
- Applicable taxes or third-party fees
- Billing periods beyond the initial discounted cycle
8. Modification or Termination
Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer or any Offer variant at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, error, or technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
Company is not liable for technical issues, system errors, delays, or user actions that prevent redemption of the Offer during the Eligibility Window.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
